Red Pumpkin Ale
This was northern brewers Irish Red Ale kit changed to a Pumpkin beer.
I added 2 lbs Brown Sugar, Light (8.0 SRM)
0.75 tsp Ground Cinnamon (Boil 5.0 mins)
0.25 tsp Ground Ginger (Boil 5.0 mins)
0.25 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (Boil 5.0 mins)
0.25 tbsp Ground Nutmeg (Boil 5.0 mins)
1.00 tsp Vanilla Extract (Boil 5.0 mins)
0.25 tsp Ground Cloves (Boil 5.0 mins)
Irish ales are malty, smooth, medium-bodied, and most, like our kit, are a deep copper-red color that is created by a blend of specialty malts. Our malt blend also gives this recipe its signature toasty and sweet aroma and flavor. Another defining characteristic of Irish Red Ales are their immense drinkability - definitely a crowd-pleaser beer. Its great taste, drinkability, and low aging requirements.
Scottish Wee Heavy
Product Description. Some Scottish historians theorize that Charles Stuart didn't flee Scotland after the failed 1745 uprising; instead, he had a few too many Wee Heavies in the Outer Hebrides and then just sort of woke up in France. History may keep her secrets, but you can share the experience of a Wee Heavy. There's a little Jacobite Revolution in every bottle. These are the very strongest of all Scottish ales, with a garnet-brown hue, profound maltiness and high alcohol content. Our Wee Heavy showcases complex toffee and vinous notes and a restrained hop character. Best imbibed in small doses, this kit continues to develop with age and is great for cellaring. Recommended: 2-stage fermentation and yeast starter.

My Up Comming Brews
Barley Wine
Product Description.Barley Wine is a huge ale with a huge malt bill and a huge hop load to balance it. This English-style Barley Wine has intense, concentrated malt flavor with vinous, dried fruit, and molasses notes laced with a charge of hop bitterness and a considerable alcohol content. There's no better special-occasion beer - just brew a batch, wait, and congratulate yourself in six months or more. Recommended:2-stage fermentation and yeast starter.
Phat Tyre Ale
Not your typical amber ale—patterned after Belgian-style pale ales, which might be described as slightly less bitter, more fruity versions of English pale ales. Our Phat Tyre kit is copper-red with a fruity, slightly spicy aroma and flavor that comes from a combination of yeast and hops. A blend of Munich, caramel and Victory malts creates a sweet, toasty, bready character that lingers from the aroma through the finish.

Nut Brown AleProduct Description.Styled after southern English brown ales, our Nut Brown kit is a great all-around beer: it's easy to brew (its dark color and rich flavor make it forgiving of mistakes), it's mild enough for light beer drinkers, but characterful enough for more experienced brewers and beer lovers. The finished product exhibits a deep copper color, fruity/caramelly flavor and aroma with toasty, chocolatey notes; and it tastes great after just a few weeks.
